Contacting Spot AI Support
Spot AI Support is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Time to assist with resolving technical issues related to the function of Spot AI products, as well as answer questions not covered by our Knowledge Base. There are a few options available to contact Support.
Spot Dashboard
Cases can be submitted from within the Dashboard.
- Log in to Dashboard.
- Click on the Support button at the bottom-right of any Dashboard page.
- By default, a Knowledge Base search will come up, if none of the articles cover your issue, select the Contact us button at the bottom right.
- Fill out the Contact us form, add any attachments/screenshots, and submit it.
This will create a case with our Support Team, any further communication will be via the email address previously entered in the support form.
Send an email directly to help@spot.ai. Any relevant attachments should be added to aid in the resolution process. Future communication for the resolution of the aforementioned items will be initiated via email.
Internal: There's a feature request for AE/AE's email to be in Dashboard for customers to see, can add a bit later on for contacting AE using that for contract/licensing/pricing questions.
Knowledge Base
Cases can also be submitted through the Knowledge Base. Once logged in, at the top-right of the page, click on Submit a request, fill out the necessary information, and click Submit.
