Contacting Spot AI Support
To open a new ticket with Support, click here.
Spot AI Support is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Time to assist with resolving technical issues related to the function of Spot AI products, as well as answer questions not covered by our Knowledge Base. There are a few options available to contact Support.
There is no phone number specifically associated with the Support team. Contact your assigned CSM if the methods in this article aren't suitable.
Other Methods to Reach Support
Spot Dashboard
Cases can be submitted from within the Dashboard.
- Log in to Dashboard.
- Click on the Support button at the bottom-right of any Dashboard page.
- By default, a Knowledge Base search will come up, if none of the articles cover your issue, select the Contact us button at the bottom right.
- Fill out the Contact us form, add any attachments/screenshots, and submit it.
This will create a case with our Support Team, any further communication will be via the email address previously entered in the support form.
Send an email directly to help@spotai.co. Any relevant attachments should be added to aid in the resolution process. Future communication for the resolution of the aforementioned items will be initiated via email.
Internal: There's a feature request for AE/CSM's email to be in Dashboard for customers to see, can add a bit later on for contacting CSM using that for contract/licensing/pricing questions.
Knowledge Base
Cases can also be submitted through the Knowledge Base. Once logged in, at the top-right of the page, click on Submit a request, fill out the necessary information, and click Submit.
