Camera Proxy
If you need to change something about the camera - the resolution, bitrate, or simply the pan, tilt, or zoom (PTZ) - we offer easy access to the native camera software remotely. No need to be on-site and hook up a mouse and keyboard to a local NVR.
You can be sitting at your home or a location halfway across the world and be able to change camera settings from the Spot Dashboard.
- Simply click on Configure at the top of the page
- Choose Location from the left-side menu
- Click on Edit for the location where the camera is located
- Select the camera
- Click on 'Native Camera Config', and choose Local or Remote.
You will now have the login screen from your native camera, simply log in and make the required changes.
