Collecting HAR and Console logs

This may be useful when experiencing any browser-related problem.  For example:
"Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage"

Prior to gathering the HAR & Console logs, it is useful to try a different browser, clear cookies, and clear the cache to confirm whether the problem persists.

To collect a HAR file: 

1. Open Inspect (Right-click on the webpage > Click on Inspect)
2. Click on the Network tab
3. Reload the page or replicate the issue
4. Export the HAR File

To collect the Console Logs: 

1. Open Inspect (Right-click on the webpage > Click on Inspect)
2. Click on the Console tab
3. Reload the page or replicate the issue
4. Take a screenshot of the output and save it
